The 2 gentlemen that work the counter in the local office I went to we’re excellent to deal with and tried to help but, it was (to me) the logistics side that failed with the scheduling. With that said, I’m out SEVERAL thousands of dollar in lost product that I could not get manually unloaded in time due to lack of a fork lift getting to me before the delivery truck had to leave. My level of frustration is so extreme that I can not even begin to try and explain it. The 2 gentlemen at the counter were excellent in helping me to plan this in advance, only to have logistics fail me. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!
