I recently had the opportunity to tour this condo and townhouse community during their grand opening realtor event, and it was an excellent experience. The model homes were beautifully designed, and I was especially impressed by the kitchen layouts and the rooftop options. The rooftop spaces provide additional outdoor living areas with great views, making them a unique and valuable feature. This community is in an ideal location, just minutes from downtown Raleigh, and offers incredible value at a great price point. As a realtor, I tour many new construction homes for my clients, and Stanley Martin Homes consistently delivers high-quality builds. Another favorite of mine by Stanley Martin is Falls Village, a 55+ community in Durham, which also showcases their attention to detail and thoughtful designs. The floorplan is amazing with a rooftop direct view of downtown Raleigh, and everything about this condo just makes sense even down to the out side landscaping in the community areas. We loved getting weekly video updates of the unit being built when we were not always physically able to visit the site that was a game changer for peace of mind.
