Excellent service! The gentleman Mr. Rivers was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable Everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend.
Friendly service and great attention to detail. We needed someone out quickly and they showed up within two hours of calling on a Sunday. Diagnosed and fixed the issue and even identified another potential issue and fixed it for no extra charge.
We used Swift brothers for most recent water heater issue we had. This is the first time using them. The only good thing was the same day service. Not much positive apart from that. For some reason, I didn’t even see them as preferred service company in Rinnai’s(our tankless water heater brand) website. I should have researched that once before calling Swift. Technician Justin came to take a look at issue. He could have first run some diagnosis to see what is the issue. Instead he straight away said some part was all gone and needs replacement. And when asked for how much it would cost, he mentioned it may not even be manufactured by Rinnai anymore, which he checked by calling couple of his contacts. Then he just started saying it’s better to replace complete unit and gave a quote for that, which btw, I felt us little vague as it didn’t mention any model number or anything like that. Since the replacement is huge costly project, I wanted to get 2nd opinion. The 2nd company technician came the next day and did some diagnosis and immediately figured some gasket related issue after fixing it we started getting hot water. And the 2nd company technician suggested gasket replacement which is smaller work only. He also noticed some wires disconnected it loosely connected. Not sure if this was done by Justin from Swift brothers, may be by accident/rush after he took a look. But these things 2nd company technician noticed and corrected, should have been easily checked/identified by Justin from Swift brothers. I felt like I ended up paying 60$ or so as visit fee for nothing. I am sharing this as my experience, which is not good unfortunately.

I really debated 1 star, but I did learn something that I think will ultimately lead to fixing my problem.
The guy did show up fairly quickly on a Saturday. It's about $200 for them to show up. Diagnostic fee is about another $200. The guy initially showed up and basically didn't seem to know anything about Rinnai tankless water heaters. He seemed to want to go after asking a few basic questions. I insisted he talk to his boss and that I was ok paying the diagnostic fee so that he would stay and talk to Rinnai tech support. I already had a case number open with them.
The tech didn't have a flashlight or manometer. He borrowed my flashlight. He made it through the same steps I had with Rinnai up to the point where you have to have a manometer. This is basic equipment for diagnosing gas tankless water heaters.
Ultimately, it cost me $440 for the guy to be there an hour or so and solve nothing. Not having a manometer greatly.limited what he could investigate.
I do not recommend the company for tankless water heater repair.
Just a warning ⚠️ do NOT use swift bros unless you want bad service and overcharged.
We've never had an urgent plumbing issue. But we did last night when we realized that we had a leak from a bathtub in our upstairs bathroom, coming down to our second story ceiling.
So we had no plumber to call.
No idea honestly what to do.
One thing that I will say, is they did call back quickly which was the only positive thing about this whole experience.
They said it would be 59.00 to come out, okay sure.
Showed up earlier than we were told. Again. Okay. Good. BUT immediately the guy dismissed our concern that there was a hole/ small crack in the tub that was causing the issue.
He said it was probably the overflow gasket or something along those lines.
But in order to even get to that part, he charged us $300 to cut a hole in the ceiling and realize within 3 minutes that it was what we said it was and it was the hole in the tub....
he did drop the price to 225.00 because he was here all of 30 min maybe.
Justin was dismissive, unprofessional, and even said, he just wanted to "make sure they got paid" when I had asked for a quote on the work IF it was the issue he thought.
He made it extremely obvious that he and Swift Bros whom he represents only care about money and have zero customer concern...which is sad, as that is the building block for a long term customer who would not only call you when needed, but recommend you. We will do neither of those.
As a military veteran family, we felt taken advantage of in a moment of need when we trusted this company to take care of us.....we quickly realized that this company is only about charging as much as possible for poor customer service and services in general. I agree with the other reviews on the predatory and outrageous pricing they give to customers. Thankfully we knew better than to continue with their service, but others may not and I hope this review helps them before deciding to call this company.
We would never again use this company, and although we have no idea of who to call as we had never needed a plumber in the past, we have since remedied that and found another alternative to Swift Bros who is down to earth, kind and most importantly CARES about their customer and does not overcharge.
Very disappointed.
