  We have had plumbing and electrical work done numerous times. The are usually able to send someone quickly. Work is always completed satisfactorily. Special shout out to Justin Carter. He is a quick worker makes sure the job is complete and everything back to normal before he leaves. He has also made some very useful suggestions.

  This is the second time I've had them come to do service and Marcus Carter is awesome. Professional, personable, easy to work with and understand. The work was done well and quickly. My only complaint about Swift Brothers is their website chat and email features seemed to go into a black hole. A phone calls worked perfectly and got the job done fast.

  I had a leaking water heater and reached out to this company at night. They were very quick to come and assess the situation and gave a solution immediately. Next day they replaced it without a hitch. Rivers was very knowledgeable, kind and prompt. Thank you for great and prompt service.

  Great experience with next day appointment and no up-front fee for an estimate. McKenzie was very patient and did an awesome job testing and troubleshooting. The complete service and repair was completed the very next day. Great experience. Reasonable cost and fast service. Recommended! Thanks!

  For a number of years I have used Progressive Plumbing, Heating and Air in Raleigh, NC for all my service needs. They were incredible! Then, a technician showed up one day in a Swifts Brothers service truck. Great, I thought, now my maintenance plan has been sold off to someone else and I'll get worse service. Actually it wasn't sold off, but for those you that don't know - Swift Brothers handles the residential business now. And they do not disappoint. I didn't think the quality of technicians could get better but Swift Brothers is at the top! They take time to carefully explain and document problems or potential problems. They also don't try to upsell you all the time. Roberto is MY heating system guy from Swift Brothers. Extremely professional and willing to put up with lots of questions. He does a thorough job and doesn't just go thru the motions. Each step in his service is explained. He takes pictures and describes what he is seeing, etc. Yes, you're going to pay a bit more, but I've never had a bad technician come out for service yet.
