My mom mentioned that a team visited and surveyed the area. The owner apologized for any miscommunication, which we appreciate and have accepted. While I don’t completely agree with everything, I do appreciate that they took the time to come out.

After taking almost a month to do it (just one room), There were still issues with the walls that persisted. They came back and fixed some of the issues, left more issues that I pointed out that needed to be fixed and I was told by the owner “I can’t send guys out to fix the other issues”. Sloppy work. If you want quality results and not a rough job. I’d go with someone else.
