  Not recommended. Sloppy install and gaslighting consumer. Purchased mid-range, white slider with stationary panel. Installed with black brush in the floor channel of the stationary panel - unevenly cut and unsightly.Very smooth on the phone but long delays, broken promises for calls from manufacturers rep, impatient response from owner and months later, I still have a black brush strip unevenly cut in my new white door. Finally asked for parts and instructions to repair with another contractor - still nothing. They tell me the door will leak if I remove the black brush strip installed in the floor channel. Also tried to tell me that this is the proper use of black brush strip - gaslighting the consumer. Installers broke gate latch that I had identified as fragile and poured something into my hedge that killed two feet of hedge. Head's up.

  I called Pioneer Exteriors to install some french doors after having a bad experience with a handyman service. My door frame is custom, and the handyman service kept ordering the wrong size. Pioneer came out and made sure it was measured properly so it would fit. It looks absolutely wonderful. I intend to call them if I every need any exterior work done in the future.

  I have a storm door that was put on my house back in the 50’s by Pioneer and it still seals perfectly. My front storm door was replaced in the late 90’s and needs to be replaced. Guess who will be replacing it. Pioneer is the only company I will use from now on.

  If you need any work done on your house, call Pioneer Exteriors! I just had the pleasure of working with them to repair siding, a walk-through garage door, and replace all my shutters from hail damage. They were prompt in coming to my house for a quote. The owner, Mr. Pittman, is second-to-none in professionalism and kindness, and he was very clear and explained the answer to each of my questions so I understood the whole process. I spoke with the office manager, Mike, on multiple occasions for scheduling, payments, etc., and he is extremely helpful and friendly. The gentlemen who completed the repairs on my house were extremely friendly and careful in their work. They searched my yard and driveway to be sure nothing could damage my car tires or lawn mower from remaining pieces that could have fallen during their work. I also received a personal thank you note from the owner thanking me for using their business. As a busy owner, I really appreciate the time taken out of his say to thank me for my business.
