  I am over the moon with the work that the team of Neuhoff & Beverly did on my 1958 home. I had a total rebuild of my kitchen and main floor bathroom. Ryan, Meghan and the miraculous Jeremy gave me the renovation of my dreams! They were very adapt at the challenges that can come when working with an old home and stayed on schedule. I lived in the house through the entire renovation and they were always respectful of my time and privacy. The quality of the work can be seen in every detail and I could not be happier. I look forward to working with Ken and Ryan on my future home projects and would highly recommend Neuhoff & Beverly Custom Builders for your project.

  We hired Neuhoff & Beverly for a full gut renovation of our home and we are so happy with our updated 1930’s project. This was a big undertaking, and their team handled it with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. Communication was constant throughout with our project manager always willing to meet us whenever things needed to be reviewed or discussed. They were responsive and thoughtful when issues came up (as they inevitably do in a gut renovation), and committed to getting things done right—not just fast. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it’s obvious the whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. Renovations can be stressful, but over time we formed a close relationship with the Neuhoff & Beverly team that made us feel supported and confident in all that we were doing. We are so happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder or major renovation.

  I have been a carpenter my entire life. I started as an apprentice and have worked up to owning my own business. I have worked for many contractors in Raleigh and the surrounding area. And I can say without a doubt, Neuhoff and Beverly have been the absolute best. Not only do they truly care about the clients wants and needs, they enlist the best group of people I have ever worked with. From the project managers, the in house designer, bookkeepers, coordinators and subs, I have absolutely enjoyed my time with them. They are true professionals in the art of custom home remodeling and renovations. I highly recommend them not only for their experience and attention to detail, but for the love and compassion they bring to their projects.

  Ken was the contractor we selected to build our new house after interviewing 5 local builders. Ken was responsive, interested, patient, and willing to work with us. The lot on which our house sits is narrow and steep, requiring some creative solutions to the design and build. Ken was willing and able to do what needed to be done. We moved in 7 and a half months after he broke ground. We love the house! Ken's subcontractors were excellent. Project manager, Ryan Beverly, was on site daily and always accessible via text or phone--as was Ken. We selected Ken because he was professional, kind, a good listener, and responsive. We couldn't have made a better selection!

  Ken Neuhoff and his team did an amazing job on the major renovation of our house. (Fully gutted and replaced kitchen and bath, major structural changes, installation of folding doors, addition of back porch, etc.) Ken is trustworthy, down-to-earth, and responsive. Lynn, the project manager, was very pleasant an easy to work with. Jeremy, the carpenter, is truly talented. He went above and beyond in finding creative solutions during the remodel. For example, he procured reclaimed wood and installed shelves in our kitchen: one of my favorite things about our remodel. His handiwork is wonderful throughout our house. We are thoroughly enjoying our house and will definitely use Ken again. We highly recommend Ken Neuhoff!
