He warned us ahead of time that if he could not remove the faucet handle kit, that he might have to put in a new shower valve. However, he was able to quickly make the repairs that we needed, without the extra work.

We got TWO leaks: one busted pipe and one improperly installed water filter (screwed on badly, constant dribble). Neither of them were caught and ran for weeks causing massive water damage. Matherw's refuses to take responsibility and even BILLED US TO FIX IT! insurance is suing them for us. STAY AWAY. They do NOT stand by their work!

Technician Nick Clay came by and he was just beyond amazing he explained things clearly he was very knowledgeable and precise. I felt so much comfort knowing I had a technician that could quickly identify the problem. Thanks so much to Nick for a job well done his experience, knowedlege and professionalism was absolutely awesome.

James arrived even earlier than the time and had our water running within the hour. He explained the problem and offered two solutions. Prices was reasonable and James was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
