- DMdavid mcphunFeb 23, 20261.0Approx $3K LVP flooring materials was bought 11/2021; store went bankrupt 11/2024 - no notice as a past customer of impending bankruptcy filing at the time; they do NOT want to honor warranty which is basically lifetime as material has splintered quite a bit in several places and warped as of fall '25; I have filed a complaint with NC AG Office to try and get relief; Would be curious re how many times they have filed Ch 11 to see if repetitive or not but I will not buy materials from them again; When I contacted store they sent me to settlement administrator who basically said I was out of luck; They filed Chapter 11 and reorganized under different charter to avoid paying their obligations
