  Great local company! We have used Fowler and Sons for our business and home hvac needs for the past 3.5 years. They are responsive, professional and genuinely kind people in the field and office. They recently assisted us in relocating our walk in cooler and freezer and did it the same day we called. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians is why we will continue to call on Fowler and Sons for our hvac and refrigeration needs.

  $85 an hour for travel time. That's stupid! I could see doing this if you have to travel outside a reasonable area, but we are located in Raleigh. Plus a truck charge of $25, these people are delusional.
