- TETim EvansOct 16, 20251.0I usually don't write negative reviews. However 12k plus later, I feel the need. I have used them several times for our commercial needs and the service has been satisfactory. I had a new issue with a door. They came as agreed and assessed the problem. They told me that I needed to replace the door. It didn't make sense, but they're the experts. I gave a deposit on the 12k door and it was ordered. When the door was installed, it did the same thing as before. They then said that it needed an opener. This made better sense. They did replace the opener at no cost, but I had spent 12k on a door that I didn't need. I kept getting a bill for the initial assessment. I challenged that the initial assessment called for a 12k door that I didn't need and didn't feel that I should pay that. They would not budge. I wrote the check for $298.50 and while they won that battle, they have lost the war.

Had a new garage door opening system installed - it never worked correctly. I called back to ask them to please schedule someone to come repair the device I just paid almost $600 to have installed. The lady who answered was curt and dismissive, never once apologizing for my bad experience, what could they do to rectify the problem, etc. Train your employees - Garage Door businesses are a dime a dozen in Raleigh/Wake Co. People can take their business and $ elsewhere.

I wasn't home while they installed it, but when I came home everything was great. They even removed the old door and hardware.
