  I did hardwood flooring and carpet with them in 2023. The Carpet install team did an excellent job, but the Hardwood install was trouble from the start. In hind sight, I should have chose someone else when they told me they did not have a vacuum sanding system to minimize on saw dust. They made it seem like the hardwood to floor transitions were optional, when I realized after the fact that they are absolutely necessary. They also left large gaps between the flooring and the walls, which meant the molding couldn’t be nailed in without leaving unsightly gaps. There solution was to caulk and paint the gaps. Unsurprisingly they have already separated and you know see a line of caulk paint on the actual wood planks and then a gap between the shoe molding and the floor. They had very little interest in coming back to correct anything once they received final payment and were rather rude when I called them to address an issue. I really didn’t trust them to do anything else nor did I have time as their delays trying to fix the shoe molding put me behind on other work I was having done. I really could have sued them, but who wants to do all that. (EDITED) They also used an inappropriate filler between planks that has now broken apart leaving unsightly gaps in various areas of the floor. PS - The owner did give me a call wanting to get additional information and offering to assist addressing the issues, but it’s too little too late and I don’t trust they could get it right as the solution the came up with in the beginning has proven a failure as noted above. The owner also wanted to defend his installation team rather than take a thoughtful look. Never mind he never actually showed up on the job to see for himself. A quality control. He also had the nerve to try to tell me something wouldn’t stand up in court because of my reference about sueing. That’s what you want to say to a dissatisfied customer!?
