  AC went out on July 2. Carlton cam out next day to guest us fixed before all our company arrived the next day! Thorough. Professional. FAST!!

  I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE "PEAK PERFORMANCE MAINTANANCE AGREEMENT" WITH CARLTON . THEY WILL COME 3 TIMES PER YEAR TO CHECK ALL AREAS OF MY SYSTEM TO MAKE SURE PERFORMANCE IS GOOD AT A GREAT PRICE. FIRST VISIT . I AM AT WORK , THE TECH CALLS TO LET ME KNOW HE IS 30 MINS OUT . HE CHECKS & CLEANS THE SYSTEM. HE CALLS ME TO ADVISE THAT THE DRAIN TUBE MAY NEED TO BE RECONFIGURED IN THE NEAR FUTURE , IF IT STOPS UP I WILL SEE WATER UNDER THE HOUSE . HE OFFERS TO CALL WITH ESTIMATE . I GIVE HIM THE OK TO PROCEED. HE SAID , TED YOU MADE THE RIGHT DECSION , WHEN I CHECKED IT WAS STARTING TO STOP UP . HE REPAIRED AND SENT PICTURES TO MY PHONE OF BEFORE & AFTER. ****WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! . I HIGHLY RECOMEND CARLTON AC & HEATING TO ANYONE LOOKING A HONEST, RELIABLE COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST. **IT IS REFRESHING TO DISCOVER SOMEONE OF THIS CALIBER IN THE DAY WHICH WE LIVE . GOD BLESS .   12/15/2022: Honestly these folks saved the day after a butchered experience with Mechanical HVAC. These folks at Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning were more than accommodating and truly cared about me as an individual. The work is not quite done yet but I’m very pleased with Jordy & Misty! I’ll be a returning customer in the future after this dumb home warranty policy is up. But if I file another claim I’ll be requesting these folks! 12/16/2022: As of today I have a warm and beautiful home. I’m very fortunate and grateful for Carlton Heating & Air conditioning!

  The crew was extremely polite and professional. They worked very hard, answered all my questions and were never rushed. I had a new AC unit installed, a new furnace and new duct work, all for thousands less than other companies would have charged. After the job was complete the owner, John showed up at my door to ensure everything was done professionally and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Was a great touch. This team made the process easy, fast and efficient.
