  Mary was awesome to work with at Cabinets To Go, Raleigh. She listened, offered suggestions and provided us with choices and layouts. She was patient and always professional. She kept us in the communication loop. The installation team, Bryan and Rusty, were awesome. They had attention to detail and cleaned the space each day before leaving!

  Good cabinets; horrible service. Ordered my customers cabinets before Thanksgiving. An agreed upon delivery of December 5 was established for me to pick them up at their store. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited until December 10 to walk back into the storefront to ask where my cabinets were. Sales associate tells me the cabinets are set for delivery early to mid January of next year! In the meantime, my client is now going through an entire month without their owners bath (this includes the holidays with company staying in town with them). The sales associate continues this debacle by telling me “I” missed them getting onto the truck already for that week and they won’t be in the store until December 20. I sent an email to my specific CTG sales rep asking for SOME type of recognition of their screw up. Never received a response. Fast forward to the 20th… no notice (text or email or call) that cabinets are in. I walk into the storefront today (December 22) to find out the cabinets are there. Again… no apologies, no remorse, no reconciliation, no accommodations whatsoever. Cabinets To Go - Raleigh. Good enough products with competitive pricing, but don’t expect anything as far as acceptable service. Think I’ll pay just a bit more next time and get proper service and business practices.

  I had a terrible experience at Cabinets To Go -Raleigh. This store does not resolve customers issues effectively. My kitchen was designed to my specifications by the salesperson, however, I changed my mind and decided to just incorporate two changes. A new estimate was sent via email, however; I was unable to view the estimate unless I signed first and I wasn't going to do this. I sent a email to salesperson to cancel estimate and issue me a complete refund of the down payment I paid. After no response from the salesperson, upon a visit to the store to inquiry about my refund, I was told I am being sent a kitchen sink that will be deducted from my refund and once sink is received, I am to return the sink to store for a refund that will be applied towards my refund that is due to me. This is absolutely crazy, all I want is my total refund back from Cabinets To-Go-Raleigh. Cabinets To Go - Raleigh is not the business to consider for your kitchen remodel project.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Cabinets To Go. The design experience has been great. John is an awesome designer! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I’m looking forward to seeing the completed results!

  Not a positive experience with Cabinets-to-Go. This is due to errors and issues made by our salesman. My husband and I used this company for new flooring, kitchen sink, four faucets, and flooring. Every product had an issue(s) associated with the process except the kitchen sink. A wrong base cabinet was ordered even though I was clearly explicit in what I wanted. This held up the process of getting our counter tops templated and installed. There was zero sense of urgency by Cabinets-To-Go and our salesman to get the correct cabinet. Initially told the correct cabinet was ordered and would have to wait a week for it to arrive. On the date of expected arrival, I was informed that the cabinet did not arrive and would be another week. My husband called the Cabinets-To-Go headquarters in Tennessee and was informed an order was never placed for the correct cabinet. After the call to corporate the Raleigh store manager called me to say the cabinet would be expedited to the store for installation. Initially we were overcharged for our four faucets and it took numerous emails over several weeks to get the price adjusted and a refund issued. When our salesman came out to do our flooring measurements, he counted his steps instead of using a tape measure. This resulted in a significant flooring shortage that delayed flooring completion for a week. He was even told the square footage of the house at our first store meeting and order placement. We initially were planning on using Cabinets-To-Go to do our countertops but later changed to a company that was less expensive. The new company’s template measurement was nearly three times more that the initial measurement we received from Cabinets-To-Go. This was a huge difference we didn’t expect financially as we were under assumption the initial Cabinets-To-Go measurement was somewhat accurate. Finally, a huge frustration at the end of the project was the lack of follow-up from Cabinets-To-Go. No one, not even the manager who ended up taking over our project, called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall satisfied with the product but too many issues and errors with salesman and Cabinets-To-Go to be able to recommend them.
