She was patient and always professional. She kept us in the communication loop. The installation team, Bryan and Rusty, were awesome. An agreed upon delivery of December 5 was established for me to pick them up at their store. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited until December 10 to walk back into the storefront to ask where my cabinets were. Sales associate tells me the cabinets are set for delivery early to mid January of next year! In the meantime, my client is now going through an entire month without their owners bath (this includes the holidays with company staying in town with them). The sales associate continues this debacle by telling me “I” missed them getting onto the truck already for that week and they won’t be in the store until December 20. I sent an email to my specific CTG sales rep asking for SOME type of recognition of their screw up. Never received a response. Fast forward to the 20th… no notice (text or email or call) that cabinets are in. I walk into the storefront today (December 22) to find out the cabinets are there. Again… no apologies, no remorse, no reconciliation, no accommodations whatsoever. Cabinets To Go - Raleigh. Good enough products with competitive pricing, but don’t expect anything as far as acceptable service. Think I’ll pay just a bit more next time and get proper service and business practices.

My kitchen was designed to my specifications by the salesperson, however, I changed my mind and decided to just incorporate two changes. A new estimate was sent via email, however; I was unable to view the estimate unless I signed first and I wasn't going to do this. I sent a email to salesperson to cancel estimate and issue me a complete refund of the down payment I paid. After no response from the salesperson, upon a visit to the store to inquiry about my refund, I was told I am being sent a kitchen sink that will be deducted from my refund and once sink is received, I am to return the sink to store for a refund that will be applied towards my refund that is due to me. This is absolutely crazy, all I want is my total refund back from Cabinets To-Go-Raleigh. Cabinets To Go - Raleigh is not the business to consider for your kitchen remodel project.
