  Javier and Built on Trust have done several repairs at my house, including replacing the roof, installing a fold-down ladder into the attic with a safety rail at top, and replacing rotted wood under a sliding door. Their work is excellent. They come when they say they will come, they clean up after their work, and their attitude is pleasant. I feel safe having them around my house and I am pleased with their work.

  Javier is a trained engineer, and it shows in his level of detail and care in the work he does. He does the work himself so it is done right, and he is professional, fair, honest, reliable, and provides great value. He built a deck for me and exceeded my expectations, and then I had him perform other work. I trust him and referred him to all of my neighbors, and look forward to working with him on upcoming projects.

  Built-on Trust does live up to its name. Javier, it's owner is honest, reliable and worth of recommending to anyone who is looking for a general contractor. He installed a roof in my house, did a wonderful job. i saw him install floors, build giant sheds and so on. His expertise has no match.
