I was referred to Built on Trust by friends who had just had their bathroom remodeled. They did a fabulous job and were competitively priced. I needed all my outdoor lights (motion detectors) replaced. I contacted Javier and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He made several suggestions that I would not have thought of and I agreed that it made sense to make the changes he presented. Javier even went the extra mile and went with me to purchase the fixtures, because I wasn't 100% certain as to what to buy. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

There seems to be no job that they cannot handle. I have known Javier personally since 2001 and you will not find a more honest man in the business. Doing the right thing is just the way he lives and works. Services they have done for me include roofing, exterior painting and rotted wood and siding repair, home inspection punchlists, and construction of a barn (that's the one he's framing in the picture on his website). Trustworthiness is so important when choosing a handyman an BOT will not let you down.
