  Leon really helped me out when I was in a bind. I hadn’t turned my fireplace on in over 16 years and in a few quick texts before the ice storm, he had it up and running like new. Great customer service and very much appreciated.

  We bought a new home this fall that has a gas fireplace that Brandco has been servicing for the previous owners for almost 20 years. With an ice storm coming we had an urgent question about how the fireplace would work if we lost power and emailed them on a friday afternoon. Within 10 minutes they replied and were able to help us understand how it worked and reassured us that we would have heat even if we lost power. Just wow! We'll be using them to service our fireplace going forward! Thank you Brandco team!!

  Brandco installed the fireplace in our new construction home. It was a number of months between move-in and it being cold enough for us to turn it on and when we did we needed a little help troubleshooting the process. The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to sit on the phone with me walking me through each step to get it going again. Great customer service and support!
