  I had a wonderful experience with Blanton’s when my HVAC went out! I needed to get my systems on a maintenance plan and also a repair. Pam Watkins was amazing to work with setting up the appointment and Olekxandr Gryshko came out to the house and did an excellent job of troubleshooting the problem, explaining what happened, and then repaired my system. Thank you Pam, Olek, and Blanton’s!!

  We had an excellent experience today with Blanton technician Jorge Rodriguez. He arrived when promised, quickly analyzed the problem with our under- cabinet fluorescent electrical system, clearly explained and then recommended several alternative ways to address the problem, gave us good estimates on each alternative, and then returned and promptly installed a new LED system I eventually chose for us at a local supply company. Jorge was knowledgeable, gracious, and very professional. We were very satisfied with his work and pleased with the outcome.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience working with the Blanton’s team. Starting with Colten who first inspected our HVAC systems, to Kevin walking us through the service options to Roman and his colleagues performing the installation. To a man they were all professional and respectful, kind and friendly. They not only provided us with a new HVAC system, but peace of mind.

  Blanton’s is the biggest rip off. They charged me for a small pvc pipe which was for a minor leak and 3 faucets installed in bathrooms that I had already purchased from Lowes close to 2000.00 originally and came down to around 1700.00, shame on me for paying it. Please get estimates and go with another plumbing service. I also had them service my AC on the same day and they wanted another $1700.00 for what they said that I have cracked pipes. My home was built in 2019 and the AC is serviced annually. I’m going to have someone else look into this. I would rate Blanton’s 0 stars if I could!

  Water heater went out on 2/5. Called Blanton's. They arrived 1st call on 2/6. Chris, the technician, showed me that my internal tank had ruptured. Needed replacement. Gotta have hot water, what are you going to do? I got a quote, and almost went into cardiac arrest. $6133 for a new water heater! I'm in sales, so time is money. I don't have the leisure of having multiple people come out to take a look over the course of several days, and again, you have to have hot water. Had Chris replace the water heater. He did a very good job, quality work. I've Googled the water heater...it's $1000 unit. Blanton's probably gets a dealer discount. So, essentially $5,100 for affiliated parts and labor to install. Everyone that i have discussed with in the aftermath agrees that this is well out of line. I can't help but accept that I was at the mercy of Blanton's and paid what their asking price was, but the process didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. For this reason, I am not providing any stars to my review. Just a suggestion that if your water heater needs replacement, and you have the time, do your due diligence and get competitive quotes for the job. ETA: Can't post the review without leaving a star rating, thus I provided a 3 star review, not because of the quality of the work, but because of the cost of the job. As they say, you live and learn.
