  Recently I noticed some leakage from the water heater in my garage, Blanton's was able to get Trevor Wilson out within a couple of hours to look at it and assess the issue. We determined it'd be best to replace the water heater, and he was out bright and early the next morning with a new Bradford White! It took about 3 hours to install and throughout the process, he pointed out different tips and tricks I could use to help keep my new heater in great condition without a lot of fuss and bother. I couldn't be happier :-) Absolutely wonderful service and response, if I have any more issues with any kind of plumbing, I'll be reaching out to them!

  Professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had a water heater issue from a year or so called them after it got worsen ( I was lazy I guess). Anyway they diagnosed it with right root cause and also fixed it quickly. I am thankful for fixing it as the issues with not having hot water in cold weather was horrible. Anyway the reason for praising is because they gave two options to fix but was willing to try the non expensive option first to see if it works and in my case it worked. I would suggest them anyday. The rate was also reasonable market rate. I wouldn’t call them costly or cheap but in my case resolving the issue to have piece of mind was more important. Chris from their plumbing was very good in explaining the issue as well as very courteous in taking. Awesome experience

  Chris Archer was a last minute fill in for one of the installers already assigned for our furnace replacement. Chris and Gabe were fast and efficient until the service was complete. ( Ahead of time promised ) The entire Blanton's team made our experience outstanding! Colton was out for a follow up on 12/31 @ 8:00 am. (No heat issue) Found problem and fixed within 20 minutes. Once again, Blanton's proved their outstanding service. Highly recommend Blanton's. *Update: Jan 2, 2026 Justin from the plumbing department was out for a sink leak and to install new master bath faucets. Another great job from the Blanton's crew! Justin explained everything to a tee, and fixed leak and installed faucets. Justin was (As all team members have been) very friendly and knowledgeable. I can say enough good things about Blanton's. Jan. 8, 2026 Just had Olekxandr out for the furnace. Hopefully fixed! Olekxandr looked at the thermostat and found settings that were out of whack. No one has looked at it before, so we hope the issue is fixed. Olekxandr was friendly and very efficient. He explained the settings so if there are minor issues later, we can adjust without calling. Blanton's is still high on our list! Their personal are exceptional and friendly.

  Collin did an excellent job fixing my toilet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the issue was, walked me through the repair process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t rush the job and made sure the problem was fully resolved, not just temporarily fixed. My toilet is now working better than it has in a long time. If you’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and skilled plumber, Collin is absolutely the person to call. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future!

  A Blanton electrical technician, Fredri, was conducting a routine inspection at our neighbor’s house a day before our scheduled visit. We asked if he wanted to visit us afterwards, rather than having someone else drive back to our neighborhood the next day. We were delighted that Dispatch agreed to the schedule change. It was a win-win. Fredri was helpful, friendly, and keenly observant. Although outside of his job scope, he noticed, photographed, and reported a clear ductwork deficiency that may have been missed by another technician just 2 weeks prior. Fredri reported this new issue to his management, and we were told the problem could be resolved by a f/up HVAC visit the very next day. Kudos to the great customer service!
