  I always have had good experiences with Air Experts. They always alert me when the technician is in the way to my house and the tech calls as well as he’s traveling to let me know his ETA. Scheduling maintenance/ repairs is usually easy because they can offer me times that work in my work and personal schedules. Today Brandon returned to complete work that had to be postponed awaiting receipt of a part. He had notified me on his earlier visit that I could call the retailer and get the part under warranty for free. He provided the info I needed to be able to place the order. He saved me several hundred dollars! He was very meticulous in making sure he kept my home clean in repairing my hot water heater even when having to run the hose through my bedroom with light colored carpet in order to drain the water onto the porch. He made sure to lock up and turn off lights upon finishing the job as well.

  Air Experts truly went above and beyond helping my in-laws with replacing their water heater. They installed a Rheem tankless water heater, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned out to be much more complicated than expected due to the brick and the need to reconfigure the gas piping. Despite the unexpected challenges, their team handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise. From start to finish, they took the time to explain what was going on, walk through the options, and make sure my in-laws were comfortable with each step of the process. They never rushed the job and stayed committed to getting everything done the right way. Their knowledge and problem-solving skills really stood out, and their patience made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Air Experts. They did an outstanding job installing the Rheem tankless water heater and working through the extra challenges to make sure everything was done perfectly.

  I've been a customer of Air Experts for 8 years, with annual maintenance and major repairs on my HVAC. I pay $578 for annual maintenance of my HVAC (one heating, one AC). They came out for maintenance on my heating system about a month ago, changed one 3 amp fuse that costs $4, and charged me $178 (in addition to the maintenance payment). In the description, they included programming the thermostat, etc., which means they turned it up and down while testing the system. I was with the tech the entire time. He did nothing else to the systems other than replace one 3 amp fuse inside, and the other "adjustments" listed should have been part of the $578 maintenance fee. Even worse, when I turned on my AC this week (approx 1 month after Air Experts was here) for the first time this season, the AC wasn't working. I called another HVAC provider who said that the outdoor AC unit had been turned off at the breaker. There was nothing wrong with the breaker or the unit, but Air Experts shut it off. All the new provider had to do today was switch it back on. Maybe Air Experts did not turn off my AC unit on purpose (to get me to pay for more repairs), but I wouldn't trust them again.

  Air Experts have continuously impressed us. Every technician has been extremely polite, professional, and trained exceptionally well. For me, a company that clearly focuses on integrity is especially important. We recently needed a new PRV replacement and technician Alex McKinney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with diagnosing the issue and recommending the replacement. I then went to schedule the appointment for him to fix it, and because we are members we were scheduled the next day. The technician (Mike Giacinti) who arrived was wonderfully polite, helped explain the policy, and additionally had the integrity to let us know that in general the technician who diagnosed the issue is the one who replaces the part, because they get credits, and explained to us that he had reservations about taking another technician’s credit if he performed the replacement. He then assured us that he would facilitate everything he could to get this replaced as soon as possible by Alex and even said that if we needed it done today he would also speak with his management. We were so impressed with his honesty and integrity with how he handled this situation and we now have an appointment with Alex the diagnosing technician to fix this the next business day. In addition to always providing excellent service, we feel that Air Experts always employ the best technicians and I feel very grateful that we can trust their judgement.

  if i could i would give zero! if you want someone to NOT communicate and take your money and run go for them! i have had several issues with this person even down to posting my home when i stated please do not do that privacy reasons. they have worked on a custom fence that i paid 95 percent up front and was told it would be done in 3 days, currently still is not finished ! while the job was going on demetrius asked me to take pictures of the guys working because they weren’t working to his liking ! MY neighbor who introduced me to Demetrius did not end up using him because they stated he was playing games hard to get in contact with and they felt they were “chasing him to give him money. ” Before i even found out they were not using him because he was unprofessional i already had given my deposit of a check which was cashed already i choose to give him a chance because he was up and comming and was not yet giving me the run around . I should have went with my Gut. The neighbors pointed out when the work was finish that the fence polls were not even around the same height , ( check pictures )and stated it’s not even a good job for all the money spent, as a professional he should have saw that before presenting the final finish. i told demetrius , he did come back and cut them! i did have to stand with him and point out each poll! that isn’t professional in my eyes also. I did tell demetrius it was the neighbors who pointed it out and he started to act a bit belligerent stating he can come back here into Mr John’s face and handle it like a man” he was super upset that i told him the neighbors stated was a bad job and i understood a little bit not to the point to express it that way to your client. The door for the fence kept falling down( dragging on the floor and demetrius brought armondo to my house to fix the door several times and he came at 4 pm and worked on it till 7 pm until my ex husband told me he doesn’t want anyone at our home at those hours. we felt uncomfortable because the workers were stating they are not getting paid to work so they need to stay i argued them down to get-off my property payment is from demetrius not me. He was very upset stating demetrius is NOT paying him ! Demetrius hired an outside contractor to fix our gate which he did a great job at rebuilding it. I discussed with demetrius that the gate still drags and that i would like the caps for the fence i am given the run around. I offered an alternative which is rail slips ((he had no idea what they are as a “professional”) he told me to count the slats and let him know how many do i have.I gave him a count even though as a professional your suppose to do that i am just a paying customer. I have called several times and he has ignored i wanted the job completed but now i have to pay someone else to put the caps on and slip railings!
