  Cameron came out and did a great job! He was very professional and kind. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. I would definitely refer anyone to Air Experts. I was actually referred to someone that lives in my community and I’m so glad for her referral because I have found a A great company that can handle all my HVAC Maintenance and service issues.

  I just had my first maintenance appointment with Air Experts and am very pleased. Collin McKinney came out to.do the maintenance and was very helpful and knowledgable. He notified me when he would arrive, arrived promptly, and was able to explain some facts about the filter and help me to understand several things I was not aware of. He did a thorough check inside the house and also went in the crawl space to inspect and replace the air filter. He was able to give me a summary of his findings and to let me know everything looked great. I am very impressed with the experience and how good I feel about doing business with this company. A+++ for Collin.

  Brandon was most courteous, considerate, answered all my questions without any problem and very helpful in removing part of my rather full wardrobe onto my bed to gain entrance to the unit and was even willing to put one item that was too heavy for me, back on its railing without a single sigh or look up to heaven - at least not when I could see it. He did the maintenance service quickly and efficiently.

  Problem was not fixed and required another visit just yesterday (12/30/2025). Unit is still having issues today (12/31/2025) which will probably require another call on this same unit. Currently, the heat strips are not kicking on when the outdoor temperature is in the 20s. I'm having to use an alternate heat source to supplement the heat pump. It has been about 8 calls on the same unit this month and still not right.

  Jason Pillar from “Air Experts” was very professional in servicing my HVAC unit. The blower motor area was unusually loud when the unit was in heating mode. Jason said it most likely was a static pressure issue or a much deeper vibration issue. He first recommended the registers be modified to lower the static pressure. I took his advice and the noise & pressure were dramatically lowered. A great idea with a low diagnosis charge of $49 and was relieved it wasn’t a more serious blower issue. Because Jason was very knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to, I highly recommend Jason Pillar from “Air Experts”.
