- DZDennis Zazem5 days ago5.0Alex McKinney was the technician . He did the water Heater drain and flush. He also replaced two or three parts in a toilet and replaced the cartridge in the shower that was leaking. He was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use him again except for the cost . I feel it was way too high. The bill was $591.22. This was just for the toilet and shower. I had already paid for the water heater drain and flush back in October when I booked the appointment. I will not be using Air Experts in the future for plumbing services. I have been a customer for some 8-10 years for HVAC and for several years for the water heater program. Regarding the HVAC. I pay $14.48 per month. That comes to $173.76 annually for a Spring AC check and Fall furnace check. That is $86.88 for each. Air Experts replaced my AC unit within the last three years. When I talk to my friends and neighbors, they pay less for these checks than I do. I'm sorry for this review but at the present time I am not a happy customer. The services were performed on Monday, November 17th, 2025.

Tyler, Robert, and Fernando spent many hours installing the system and answered completely my many questions. A supervisor installed the thermostat and ensured it worked well. The price was right and easily passed Apex inspections.

He was very thorough and explained everything that he did, parts looked at / cleaned and measurements observed. Pics and video were sent to my email when done.
