  I recently used Air Experts for two major projects in my older home: a full HVAC package unit and a water heater replacement. Because I live in an older house, I was focused on integrating modern efficiency while ensuring long-term compatibility. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive. For both the HVAC and the water heater, I shopped around to ensure I was getting the best value. While one quote was right on the money, the other was a bit high initially; however, they were fantastic about working with me on price and scope to remain competitive. They also went above and beyond to help me maximize available rebates. The installations were scheduled quickly since both units were "down," and the crews were top-notch. I was particularly impressed by the water heater team. They converted my old electric tank to a gas tankless system, which required running a new recirculating line and 50 feet of gas line through a crawl space. They worked tirelessly until the job was done. The finished work was clean, polished, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Air Experts for anyone looking for quality work and great communication.

  I have had Air Experts as my vendor for quite some time now. They installed my HVAC system and maintain it through a service agreement.. I think they do an exceptional job training their technicians, and I find them to have the 4Ps Proactive Prompt Professional Pragmatic Micheal did an exceptional job and brought another P to the table with being extraordinarily polite. I feel that the price was fair and accurate.

  Air Experts replaced our HVAC unit. Dionicio and Rich are the best! Excellent work from start to finish! I am very pleased with the service we received. They were thorough, answered any question I asked and made sure everything was done properly. I will certainly use Air Experts again when the time comes.

  Air Experts promptly responded to our call and were able to accommodate our system problem the same day. Jason Pillar came to our house, identified the problem, thoroughly explained the issue (thermostat failure & replacement with a new thermostat) along with a complete review of the maintenance service he performed on our 2 units, including pictures before service & after service. Jason was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Air Experts.

  In 2018 Air Experts installed a brand new Lennox system with 2-zones in my home. Initially everything seemed fined. I even retained them for about 3 years to do semi annual check-ups. This year (2025) after having some issues I discovered 2 things; 1) when they installed my new unit they didn't use new damper motors they reused the ones from the old system which were probably 10+ years old, I paid extra to have the 2-zones installed which included new motors. 2) They didn't hook up 2 of the damper motors. So for the past 7 years my system has been running at suboptimal conditions and never once during the 3 years of scheduled maintenance did their techs find and correct this. I would never recommend Air Experts to anyone.
