I have used them several times for our commercial needs and the service has been satisfactory. I had a new issue with a door. They came as agreed and assessed the problem. They told me that I needed to replace the door. It didn't make sense, but they're the experts. I gave a deposit on the 12k door and it was ordered. When the door was installed, it did the same thing as before. They then said that it needed an opener. This made better sense. They did replace the opener at no cost, but I had spent 12k on a door that I didn't need. I kept getting a bill for the initial assessment. I challenged that the initial assessment called for a 12k door that I didn't need and didn't feel that I should pay that. They would not budge. I wrote the check for $298.50 and while they won that battle, they have lost the war.

- THT HJul 6, 20215.0Best company ever. Had contacted another company to look at the problem with the garage door. (Only because we wanted to have the problem fixed the same day.) The other company stated that what was needed was a new garage door. Cost $3000. Well of course, I knew that a new garage door was not necessary. Only needed the springs replaced. When I decide to replace the garage door, I will definitely contact Custom Door & Gate. This is the second time that I used them. Honest and ethical company.
