  Ray & Justin went above and beyond to replace a failed sewage ejector pump. They were able to find a replacement and slot the repair into their schedule in under 24 hours. Their communication and status updates were incredible, as well. I highly recommend using their services!!

  I've used CK's plumbing multiple times and they are great every time. Always professional, polite, fast work, and at a good price. Most recently I had Joe and Tommy out to replace a few things on my hot water heater. They were able to come out the same day I called and had all the work done in less than an hour. Ideally you don't have plumbing issues but I know i'll be using CK's for when I inevitably do.

  Tommy and Joe were prompt and professional. In and out in under an hour with a leak in the crawl space and I added on water heater maintenance since they were here. Very happy with their work and will hire CK’s again whenever I have the need.

  I had a great experience with CK Plumbing and wanted to share. Ray came out to help identify a leak in my water main, and from the start, he took the time to walk me through my options in a clear and honest way. What really stood out was that he continued looking into the issue and came back with a solution that fit exactly what I needed right now. Ray was thoughtful, professional, and easy to work with the entire time. There was no pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated, especially compared to other experiences I have had with plumbers in the Raleigh area. He focused on solving the problem, not selling extra services. This is the second time I have used CK Plumbing, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.

  We recently called CK's to come out for adjustments to a water heater they installed prior to our recent home closing. Even though we weren't the original homeowner that engaged them, the service call ended up being free of charge and they kindly modified the settings for our water heater (which is configured as an older Apollo like system feeding both our kitchen/bath plumbing but also our furnace). This system configuration was in place previously; they only aligned to it per the prior homeowner's request. We appreciated the time they took to educate us about this setup and pros/cons to inform future decision-making when the time for replacement comes.
