  Thankful for the technician, Mike Giacinti, who came out and fixed an installation issue. He was very thorough on what was installed incorrectly and how to properly use the new hot water tank efficiently going forward.

  Brandon was very professional and on time and explained the problem to us in detail and what the cost will be to repair the problem. So far I am impressed.he came back and installed our expansion tank on our water tank and while he was doing that he found another problem,and took the time to explain and how he was gonna fix the problem, and he fixed it and the cost was even less that quoted .I am very impressed and totally satisfied with his work,and recommend him or the company to anyone Thank you Brandon for excellent work.

  I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced today and had a great experience. Mike Schaeffer was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough from start to finish. He explained what the service would involve, how long it would take, and the cost. He took the time to answer all of my questions and sent pictures of the service provided which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service and great communication. I would definitely recommend Air Experts and Mike Schaeffer to anyone needing tankless water heater maintenance.

  Aidan Smith did an amazing job switching my old thermostat ( that still used MERCURY 😳) to a new smart Lennox thermostat. He was quick, kind, professional and even took the time to walk me through how to set up my away settings. Now I can program my thermostat around my schedule and adjust it remotely from my phone. Thank you so much to Aidan and the Air Experts team!

  Tl;dr: Avoid this company if you value your time and money. We struggled with Air Experts for over a week to get what should’ve been a very basic air conditioning repair completed. It took three separate visits just to diagnose the issue and then get a part ordered. On the FOURTH visit, after being without A/C for over a week, the repair person came out to our house. He spent three hours preparing the system for the new part. Then he realized the part that had been ordered wasn’t even the right one and that he would need to put in yet another order for the correct one and come back in ANOTHER two days. We canceled the appointment and immediately started calling other repair companies. The truly funny/sad part is that after we had canceled the last repair request, schedulers in the company STILL kept calling us for another week trying to schedule the next repair appointment. Air “Experts” are grossly incompetent and have poor communication within the company. Avoid this company like the plague.
