  I recently had a last-minute issue with one of my HVAC units—it wasn’t delivering the cool air needed to the upper floor. I reached out to Air Experts, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They quickly assigned an experienced technician, Nicholas Howard, to assist. Nicholas (Nick) arrived that same evening and was outstanding—courteous, thoughtful, and very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Initially, I was concerned this would turn into a costly repair, but Nick took the time to carefully assess the situation and was able to resolve the issue with a few targeted fixes. Thanks to his expertise and honesty, I was able to avoid a major expense for now. I truly appreciate the level of service and integrity he demonstrated.

  woke up Saturday morning to find my air conditioning not working—yikes! I called Air Experts and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment for that afternoon. Preston arrived on time, was courteous, and very friendly. He quickly evaluated the issue and found that it was a blown capacitor. He also recommended adding a surge protector, which I decided to go with based on his advice. He even offered to help bring in my Instacart grocery order, which I really appreciated. My son Michael also made sure to thank him for getting the AC working again! All in, it cost about $600, and my AC is now running like new. Really appreciate the fast service and professionalism!

  First time using Air Experts and it was a great experience all around. I dropped Blanton’s because they did not deliver on their WOW service, but I feel I got it with Air Experts with this first experience. I was having issues with my HVAC, dealing with issues remotely as this was rental property. William Moreno was the technician that was sent out. He was very professional, called me described what he found, made recommendations. Based on my experience with him and the office support (critical for good customer experience), their communication with my renters to notify them of tech arrival, etc…I decided to continue using Air Experts for my regular HVAC maintenance. Additionally, they are reasonably prices, which is also a big plus.

  I have had a great experience with Air Experts! I first met them because I had a warranty issue with a Rheem water heater. Clarence came out and solved an even bigger problem that we didn’t know we had! He was very professional. This past week this same water heater had an issue Mike came and replaced a leaking pressure tank on Monday and on Friday a different Mike came out and diagnosed a defect in our practically new water heater. These guys did excellent work and were thorough and very professional. I would definitely recommend them!! Rheem also took care of the problem too so now all is well. Thanks!

  TL;DR: STAY FAR AWAY. They stole parts from us and lied about the problem with our unit. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Air Experts. Our heat stopped working completely during the winter, so we called them out to inspect the system. After a quick look, they told us that several parts were bad, including the motor fan, and quoted us thousands of dollars in repairs. They also strongly suggested that the entire unit was old and should just be replaced. Because they said a fuse had burned out, we asked if replacing the fuse might at least get the system running temporarily. They told us that replacing the fuse wouldn’t make the unit run. After they left, we decided to get a second opinion. Unfortunately, the soonest another company could come out was several days later. In the meantime, we decided to try replacing the fuse ourselves just to see if it might help while we waited. That’s when we discovered that Air Experts had taken the fuse with them. Since they had taken the fuse with them when they left, we had to guess which replacement fuse to buy. When we installed it, the system still didn’t run. What we didn’t realize at the time was that Air Experts had also taken a second fuse from within the unit, a fuse they never mentioned to us, so of course replacing just one fuse didn’t work. Because the original fuses had been removed, we had to go several days without heat while our house dropped into the 40s. When the second company finally came out, they told us the motor fan was completely fine. They also discovered that the real issue was simply a loose wire connected to the fuse box, which had caused the fuse to burn out. After tightening the wire and replacing both fuses (since the originals had been taken), everything worked perfectly for the rest of the winter. After this experience, I tried to contact a manager to request a refund of the base service charge for the visit. I had to leave a message with an employee, and the manager never returned my call. DO NOT call this company for anything. They will lie to you. They will steal from you. They will try to push unnecessary and expensive repairs.
