We needed an electric heat pump replaced in Chatham county on an older house with fuses vs modern breaker box. They got us an estimate a few days from when we called and had us an install date a few days after that. Really happy they could get to us so soon. They were totally ready to just get it done without anything from me but when I asked about changing the location of the runs to keep head space higher in the basement, they immediately agreed to do it how I asked. It took some extra time to fabricate the connections due to the age of the previous system but they took care of that no problem. Also handled some weird issues that come up with an old fuse system which a lot of people can't do. The most impressive thing about these guys was how much they cared about doing the job right and really took pride in what they did. We all ended up there until about 7 on a Friday and not a single person seemed annoyed or trying to leave. They stuck it out, ran all the tests to make sure it was right and were really interested in making sure we were happy with the work. They then got our permit inspected and past a few days later in a few minutes. I was really impressed how much these guys cared about their work. System has ran great for a couple months now. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again guys and sorry it took me so long to get a review up.
