- JHJosh HowardNov 22, 20221.0They tried to referring multiple unlicensed plumbers to do a job… there are multiple business cards which I was directed to when I asked for a PLUMBER, the majority of “plumbers” are not licensed and some couldn’t even provide insurance information. Shouldn’t a modern plumbing supplier recommend licensed plumbers instead of good ol’ boys that undercut the prices of legitimate business owners at the risk of destroying homes because they are uneducated and then leave your customers holding the bag for a flooded home. I’d rather pay a fair price up front than completely lose my butt when some unlicensed schumck floods my home that you’re business recommended.

It had a defective pump. I stopped in at Ferguson's in Brevard, NC and spoke with John Moody. He didn't have a replacement in store so he took me into his office and filed the necessary paperwork for the Asheville store to handle.This was on a Monday around 4pm. UPS delivered the part to my doorstep on Tuesday, the following day.Now I know that living without a soap dispenser is not an emergency, and getting it the next day was a matter of fortunate timing. But I want to commend John Moody, Ferguson's in Asheville, and yes, UPS.
