- MMmax mantheyMay 20, 20215.0We moved into our home one year ago.Deltec Homes was the builder and Ferguson supplied all the plumbing fixtures.The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen sink was not functioning properly. It had a defective pump. I stopped in at Ferguson's in Brevard, NC and spoke with John Moody. He didn't have a replacement in store so he took me into his office and filed the necessary paperwork for the Asheville store to handle.This was on a Monday around 4pm. UPS delivered the part to my doorstep on Tuesday, the following day.Now I know that living without a soap dispenser is not an emergency, and getting it the next day was a matter of fortunate timing. But I want to commend John Moody, Ferguson's in Asheville, and yes, UPS.
