  Caution. Working with this builder has been an ongoing headache. Issues identified during the pre-inspection walkthrough were never resolved. Subcontractors have damaged my property and lawn while working on neighboring homes, with little to no supervision from the builder. The quality of work throughout the home has been consistently poor. The sales team also misrepresented appliance upgrades being offered during the build process, only to walk those commitments back later. On top of that, the home has significant draft issues, leading to extremely high utility bills. An independent insulation contractor even told me the original work “did me dirty,” yet the builder has made little effort to fix the problem. Air vents from all bathrooms make repeated banging noises and no resolution was made. A gutter reroute was required to prevent the home from vibrating in the wind, but patching and painting of the previous installation was never completed. For a builder that claims to “stand behind their reputation,” there is a clear lack of accountability.
