Returned to Hughes where staff offered advice and exchange the item for a new model. We are well aware that if this had been purchased somewhere else or the Internet, we would’ve been told it is under warranty go through the manufacturer, which would’ve taken an extended period of time , shipping cost for a 75 lb item, frustration and a dead lawn. Thankful for the professionalism and fantastic customer service we received at Hughes!!
