  ⸻ I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is earned. Same-day service usually comes with a “take what you can get” attitude, especially in emergencies. That wasn’t the case here. J&L Septic Tank Service treated the situation like it actually mattered. They showed up promptly, ran into an issue that wasn’t their fault, and instead of brushing it off, they came back later and finished the job. That alone says a lot about their professionalism and integrity. The service was affordable, communication was solid, and they worked with me instead of against me

  Professional, honest crew! Needed a whole septic tank installed and they handled the job fast and efficiently! Definitely recommend for all septic needs 10/10.

  We recently had them come out to empty our septic and check out an issue we were having. They couldn't find the septic tank and said it was buried too deep to find. They mentioned having to contact the city for permits to find it. We called to reschedule and they said they MIGHT be able to come back a few days later. We contacted them again to confirm and never heard back. For being best of the pines, they were not the best. Also, replying to the company's reply, the appointment was made by my husband so it would be in his name. Our nest camera captured the company's truck pulling up. We paid $85 for them to come and then not complete the work.

  They had scheduled to come between 1100 and 1300. We got a call that they were 45 minutes away, and they arrived within the originally scheduled timeframe. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional, and they answered our questions. They cleaned everything up and even replaced the mulch over the septic tank. Highly recommend them for septic tank servicing.
