Called another company who botched the appointment scheduling and told me they would try to come out before the end of day but couldn't guarantee it. I called Ken's and they came out within an hour! Ken did a temporary fix to free up the motor so I could be cool over the long holiday weekend. Then they came out and changed the motor the following Tuesday and the part was covered under warranty. Ken's company did a great job! And I can't emphasize enough how responsive they were! Thanks very much Ken and John!
