  From my first contact from Joe Campbell Roofing, my experience was positive. The estimate I received was detailed and clearly stated. I got two estimates and the Campbell estimate was not the low estimate. I chose Campbell because of the professional follow-up and the detailed and understandable pricing. The workers that performed the work were steady and clearly knew what they were doing. I was able to see the materials used on my roof and am satisfied that the materials were quality materials. I would use this company again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

  Best customer service EVER! From the very first contact with Brandon to the finish! Roofing team came early to start on replacing our roof. They were hustling as soon as they got out of trucks and started working. No goofing off they got the job done and cleaned up within a few hours including using a metal detector to make sure no nails were left behind. Next day another person came out with metal detector to check for nails.. Another person came out a couple days later to check to make sure roof was installed correctly. Then Brandon came back out to make sure we were satisfied! Too bad every company does not have this kind of customer service. You will not go wrong choosing Joe Campbell Roofing.   Isaiah was great to work with. He is very professional. The crew did an excellent job. Roof looks great. Around the house was cleaned up very nice. Great company to do business with.

  Very professional work. They totally replaced our old cedar shake roof with high quality new treated Canadian cedar. The installation team was very organized and did the whole job in 2 1/2 days, including very thorough clean-up. We are pleased!

  From the time the estimator came to quote our job until the day we made final payment this was all 5 stars. The crew showed up as promised, on time and very professional. They got right to work and finished just when they said they would. Workers came to inspect the work, make sure everything was cleaned up properly and done right. It was! A couple days later our original guy that did the quote showed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and collect final payment. If you need a roof 100% recommend Campbell Roofing.
