    Ordered our windows from the Theodore, Al. Office. Chase the salesman came to the house and presented his sales pitch with excitement. So much so, he failed to order the correct windows, after we drew a picture and he made comment on how the type windows fit our era and style of my house. After 21 weeks of waiting without Window world contacting us. We finally had our windows installed, although the wrong style. They were professionally installed and clean. The shutters were installed and some were faded. Still waiting for an answer on the shutter. The installation I will give a 10 but the administration is not reliable. The manager won't respond to my calls, only gives the answers to the girls upfront.

    DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM WINDOW WORLD. The worst experience with a company in my life!! They installed 13 windows and a patio door in my home I was selling. Said they would be installed in 6-8 weeks - it was 9. The windows do not fit - they protrude into the window openings to the point no blinds can be put up. There are gaps so big around the windows the installers had to put up to 2.5 inches of caulk around them. No trim was put up. Have called corporate office multiple times to no avail. The manager of the store in Pensacola called me and treated me like I was dumb and that the job they did was acceptable. I made a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This made the manager mad so he called me and told me I was lying about the installation. He argued with me and threatened to put a lien on my house (that I no longer own) if I didn't pay the $10,000 I owe them. I don't know how they are still in business if they treat their customers like this. I will never do business with them again.

    Still waiting for the job to be completed. Ordered eight sliding windows and one door for my porch on March 6th on this year. As of today July 7th four months later I’m still waiting for four sliders to be replaced due to gas leaking from the double pane glass and final inspection again because it failed inspection the first time four weeks ago. If I could give no stars that’s what I would have done. Beware don’t pay them everything hold back some money until they complete the job that’s your only leverage on a company that doesn’t give a s#amp; about their customers. I have $ I owe them and it’s still isn’t helping me.

    Absolutely THE WORST experience ever! We ordered our windows and payed for them this summer when purchasing our home! * I am placing reviews on each of the offices I have had to deal with to get absolutely no where! Today I supposedly spoke to the “Head of Customer Relations at 11:30 am - while the subcontractors and I had to guess which windows went where! ( 45 min worth) the gentleman told me he assured me that the nearest / closest Window World Corporate Office would be contacting me right away along with sending the same sleazy salemsn to show up here so we could make sure the right windows went in! - it’s now 5:14 PM and no one called or showed up! We waited and extra 4 Months- Yes Months 1. They didn’t have the product in 2. They didn’t have enough crews 3. It’s the weathers fault 4. It’s the factory’s fault - Always someone else’s fault ( right) yet they pretty much had inundated my phone with calls especially on Sundays with the same rude disrespectful mouthy woman from Georgia who only called to give another muttering excuse of why they could no hold up thier end of the deal. - Notice despite emailing, calling and even tracking down the CEO of the entire Window World Groups number and leaving her a very detailed message- No response. No offer by Window World to even try to make things right for not honoring the contract or realistically just giving us our money back so we could take our business else where because waiting 7 almost 8 MONTHS to get windows is Ridiculous - We prepaid! They do not care about you as a customer, no respect for the consumer. Severe inability to accept responsibility for poor service, lack of materials, inability to complete a job within their own stated time frame. Unwilling to even treat the customers with sincere respect, kindness just a lot of jawbowning and excuses.
