I called in the morning and the next thing you know the gentleman was coming to my house to fill my water softener up with salt. Could not ask for better customer service than that.

Then, on Monday at 8 am, I got a call that put me back in service, and less than an hour later, someone was here to tweak what needed to be done. I recommend them without reservation!

About 10 months later, we noticed our water was really getting bad, so I called and was told that THEY were past due to come out for the regular servicing of our system, and someone was sent out. I called them again about a month later to terminate service ( we were moving ) and to inquire about the $112 charge that I had just noticed on my credit card. The guy I spoke with was nice in the beginning until I inquired about the $112 charge. Then he became very nasty and hung up on me!! I guess I was keeping him on the phone too long. They are pretty nice as long as you're a customer, but I guess he had nothing to lose by being rude, considering we were canceling service. I was refunded the $112.
