  Our experience with Kinetico Advanced Water Systems was 5 star from beginning to end. The initial phone call requesting consultation was answered courteously and the appointment was scheduled promptly. Alex Hepler showed up on time, tested our water and answered all of our many questions throughly and patiently. There was no sales pressure. We took a few days to decide, called on a Friday and installation was scheduled on Monday. The technicians Robert White and Austin Dorries arrived on time. They were courteous, efficient, informative, and cleaned everything up when finished. As I said 5 stars all around, I could not have asked for a better experience.

  After much research, I recently purchased a Kinetico Water Softener System. I worked with Alex Hepler to determine my system needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After promptly being scheduled for installation, Bailey Nichols arrived on-time on the day of installation and got to work. He explained what he was doing as he worked to get my system installed. I had questions and he answered them all. Like Alex, Bailey was another employee who was very knowledgeable. My experience dealing with everyone at this business was effortless. They were all very professional and pleasant. My new system is running and doing great. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new water softener system.

  Kinetico has been an important excellent water softener provider to work with. Their personnel are honest and professional. No upselling. Simple consultations and suggestions. The way it should be. After sales service and salt refills are handled professionally and at competitive salt pricing.

  Kinetico has provided my service for years. Yesterday Jason came out and resolved a couple of issues with the system. He was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the issue of water inches deep continually sitting at the base of the tanks was not addressed by their technician(s) when salt was added, the time that peroxide was added, and the times that the filter has been replaced. In my opinion, this should have been observed by prior servicemen and I strongly expressed my concern to Kinetico. I can only hope that they relay my concern and are more observant in the future. *I have amended my review to reflect the work that Jason did on a subsequent visit. I fully expect Kinetico to notice and act on issues like standing water when they do their future peroxide or filter replacements.
