  My husband and I have bantered for years about getting a whole-home generator - I was the naysayer - figured too much trouble. Joe finally spoke with the guys at Lowe’s and before we got home to Swansboro, the Supercenter of New Bern called to schedule our appointment. Just a few days later, we met our salesman, Richard, and everything fell into place. He came to our home, walked the site to determine the location of the generator and the propane tank, took numerous pictures for the install team & visited with us to calculate the exact size generator we’d need for our home. He discussed everything in detail and gave us examples and possible scenarios which made it simple to make our decision. He let us know they’ll pull all the necessary permits, coordinate install with our propane company & connect everything. How much easier could it be?   My Generator Electrical Techs.. I didn’t have a clue what to expect. So much so I was nervously shook the night before . Then came AJ and Cruz! Talk about getting the job done, They worked purposely straight thru for 5 or more hours. Who does that without breaks or lunch ? In addition, their work was timely, neat, detailed and caring. When you buy your first or next generator be sure to request them for the electrical install. You won’t regret it! Thank you much☺️ …

  I tell ya what! The crew that came today to install my Generac generator thru Askew's Ace Hardware in partnership with Generator Supercenter was in the job. I was met this morning by two tradesman Cruz and AJ representing your company proper. Both were about their work with efficiency, great workplace ethics and politeness. It was awesome to see in this day and time our tradesmen do what they do in the high quality, attention to detail, style and mannerism. I appreciate them and request that team Cruz and AJ complete the other end of the job when scheduling permits. On behalf of Mrs. Bailey and I, We want to thank Mr. Tom Jones, David, installation techs AJ and Cruz for the fine job and rolls you all played in our project.
