Over two months later they still haven’t come out to do the start up. Called today and was told it’s a “complementary service” and they don’t have anyone that can do it. So we bought a fireplace we can’t use? Nice! What a joke. Buyers be ware of using or purchasing from Davco as there is zero service after the sale!
