  When we got home last night we had no heat. A friend gave me the number for Dixon Heating & Air where I left a message and they called me before 8:30 this morning. She told me she didn’t have any availability for today because one of their techs was out sick. We schedule for them to come out the following day. Within 15 minutes, she had called me back to let me know she moved some things around and she could have someone out between 3 and 5. Gavin was at my house at 2:57 and started looking for the problem right away. He took pictures of everything to show me what was wrong with it. He was so pleasant and professional the entire time he was at my house. I will definitely be using them for all future heating and air issues.

  My A/C died on a weekend when it was extremely hot and humid and It was 90 degrees inside. I called Dixon Monday morning and was promised a serviceman by late morning. He showed up before noon and had it up and running cool very quickly. I needed a replacement part and he came back 2 days later to finish the job. I was extremely happy with the promptness and the service job.

  The technicians are always polite with a positive attitude. Yesterday's issue was pinpointed and the part was replaced in 10 minutes and we were operational. Also a function of the problem we had, but he found it quick and replaced the worn out part. Even on the call for help, they gave instructions to change the settings on the thermostat to prevent anything worse from happening before they could look at it. Happy. Thanks

  Dixon’s helped me out when my former Heating and A/C company did not. Dixon’s saved the day (and my new expensive flooring!) with a service call in July and then again with two new units a couple of weeks ago. Their office crew, Charlene, Sina and Kim are wonderful! Their work crew, Micah, Noah and someone called “the Woodpecker” are the best! They are among our blessings this Thanksgiving!
