- NBNicolr BlayneyAug 2, 20251.0We had both windows & siding replaced by Larry Joyner of American Window & Siding North Carolina. We had no complaints until after installation was complete. We have an unfinished upstairs & had a window put in upstairs by Larry Joyner. Approximately 6 months after completion of the project, we had water damage on our bedroom ceiling coming from the window that was put in upstairs as well as damage around the window itself. We tried contacting Larry Joyner many times. We left many messages with no response back. We then were blocked. We have now had someone else come in & we have water damage around our windows & also water damage under the siding in spots due to both the windows & the siding being replaced improperly. In order to fix it, we now have to replace it all again & also replace some of the plywood now. Larry Joyner's American Window & Siding is not an honest company. They take your money & don't do the job correctly. It is costing us dearly.
