  Joe Patton, of Patton contracting provided excellent service for our Beach Box remodel effort. He and his team were very experienced and provided excellent results for us, you can't even remember what it looked like before it's so nice. Joe always kept track of our project and was available for questions and updates. He always was available either on-hand or by phone over any concerns. A big plus - He and his crews actually showed up, a big difference with many companies here in the Outer Banks! Quality work and quality service, so I give Joe and his crew a Big Thumbs Up!

  I couldn’t be happier with renovations at our home. This specific project consisted of the hallway and two bedrooms. Carpets were ripped up, floors redone, paneling taken down, sheetrock put up, trim work, window replacements, new fixtures, etc… the works. After telling Joe what I wanted (glad he could decipher my requests as this is my first time having any work done on a home) the only thing I had to do was pick out paint colors and somehow it ended up being better than I had hoped for. The quality of the work is superb. Aside from the work itself communication was seamless, which unfortunately is not always the case. Joe did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and I had zero concerns about what was going on. If there were any delays (ex. there was a storm coming through during the project) Joe let me know ASAP of the adjusted schedule. Joe was also able to make a last minute request happen for me, which was so appreciated. When you are spending this kind of money you want to trust who is doing the work, and that’s what I got with Patton Contracting. I found Patton Contracting through word of mouth, but I read the other reviews and truly am in agreement. Joe and his team are top notch and will be who we call when we are ready for our next set of renovations.

  Patton contracting did a fantastic job transforming a covered screened in porch into a beautiful addition to the living space of the house. Everyone who has seen it is really impressed with the finished product. Joe was very responsive to our questions and kept us informed all along the way. We highly recommend this company!!

  Patton Contracting has replaced two decks and done a complete kitchen remodel for us. We are beyond happy with the outcome of all the projects. Attention to detail and prompt communication are a high priority for this company, which makes for a very positive working relationship.
