Mandy is very thorough, courteous and professional, and John is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend V & S and will be using them for my ongoing septic maintenance.

They get to the location as quickly as they possibly can, and in our case they even showed up before we'd been expecting them, with a phone call to make sure the time would work for us prior to coming. They work with efficiency and care, and when coming to my grandparents' house, who are both in their 90's and have dementia and Alzheimer's, they were polite, considerate, and proactive in trying to prevent any future issues. I also have to say that the price was beyond reasonable, especially in comparison to other companies! I deeply appreciate not only the work they did, but the respect and care they had for our situation and for my grandparents, in general. Thank you guys for all you do!
