  Exceptional overall service! The customer service representative & dispatcher that I spoke with to schedule my appointment were very friendly and eager to help. I needed a maintenance on my heating system, along with a water test. They were able to arrange having a plumber and a technician out at the same time, which was extremely convenient. Morgan (plumber) & Austin (technician) were both highly professional, thorough, and patient while answering my questions & explaining their assessment with me. I highly recommend this company for heating/ac & plumbing services!

  Levi was professional and pleasant who listened to exactly what the problem was and he and Bruce got right to work diagnosing and solving the problem. Their diligence and attention to detail was a credit to their work ethic.A real asset to Jay’s Heating and Plumbing. Levi and Bruce returned to fix the problem they had previously diagnosed and once again their training, skill and professionalism was apparent. They replaced the damaged parts and further troubleshooted the cause and fixed the issue so it wouldn’t occur again. Their work ethic and pleasant demeanor encouraged trust and confidence in their repairs. Without hesitation we would call on Levi and Bruce to address any and all HVAC issues we face. Can’t thank them enough for making a serious complicated problem look easy and provided us with a positive outcome!

  Noah was fantastic! He came out to do the free HVAC inspection they offer for first responders. He was super thorough inside and out, and unfortunately found a ton of mold in our system. He was serious about it, but not an alarmist. He explained all his concerns, and the solutions. He installed the mitigation systems same day, and I swear we’ve actually noticed a difference after less than a week. Highly recommend!

  Maddox did a great job today. After checking the entire system thoroughly, he figured out our issue, explained what needed to be done to get the unit working again, explained the pricing and we have a functioning system again. Well done. Let me add, the company did a great job. They got the tech out as soon as possible, within two days of us calling. Kept us up to date as to when the technician was coming with texts throughout the day. We’ve needed an efficient HVAC service in this area and I feel we have finally one.

  Christian did a great job for us on our heating repair. My husband had already replaced every part he could think of, and still no heat. So when it started to get chilly at night, we called for help. Christian and his Trainer showed up the next day, an ran through the same diagnostics my husband did, and narrowed it down to the same 2 parts. One very expensive one, the control board, or a switch. The control board needed to be ordered, of course, so we waited 5 days for that to arrive. Once it arrived, they installed the switch first, and yippee, we had heat, problem solved. Since they had not opened the very expensive control board, that could be returned, saving us a TON of $, which was promptly refunded. The only frustrating part of dealing with this company is their communication system. I would get a text saying they were on their way, and 45 minutes later I would on the phone to the office, wondering where they were. This was a continuous problem, and I found it very frustrating. I would suggest that the office figure out a better way to give arrival time estimates. Oh. And Christian loved my dog 🐕 which always gives a repairman an A+ in my book!
