  !!BEWARE PEOPLE!! Do not use Jay’s… They sent 2 Salesmen out to my home for duck work cleaning only. They jacked up my thermostat on my heating set my oil heat at 35’ and 0’ between heat pump kicking on and off without my consent. Wanted me to pay $3000.00 for community contract. It’s all about the MONEY with these guys since V&M got bought out by them. !!PLEASE BEWARE!! Specially people on a fixed income and low income families..

  We had a busted pipe in our wellhouse. The guys came out, made big deal of getting us a price, replaced approx 2ft of pvc pipe, 3 elbow connectors, did not check under the house for any noticeable leaks and left us with frozen pipes, after assuring us we would have water, because they had to get to another job. They told us to keep the heater on in the wellhouse and call them if they were still frozen. They would bring heaters, which they said they rented and do not keep in the warehouse. When we called Tues morning, the dispatcher said they don't have heaters and don't use them. Wonder who's lying? They made sure they got their check for $915.62 for a job NOT done. They knew they had us, after all we were without water for 2 days. How sad to take advantage of 2 women let alone anyone else. Shame on you! We had to call someone else and low and behold, he did not leave without making sure we had water. We had another busted pipe UNDER THE HOUSE, where Jay's did not check.

  Was rescheduled at the last minute. Had to call & find out where the tech was the following day when I was told I was set for the first appointment & it was after 10am. Service Tech Shawn is a better plumber than Morgan! He explained the options and showed me pictures of the damage. He was efficient and did a great job. Would have given more stars for the tech but wasn't happy because of lack of communication. You should have followed up with me instead of me having to follow up with you.

  The technician came out and was very polite.He did the diagnostics and said that the blower motor was bad. He was unable to get the blower motor so I would need to replace the whole unit. After calling another HVAC company they went to a local supply house and picked up the motor that needed to be replaced the same day. I feel like the main goal was to sell a new complete system. He provided me a Rough estimate before his estimator could come out and said that it would be between 18000and $20,000 to replace just the unit and another 8000 to replace the ductwork. I had the same company that provided the service of fixing the unit of $12,000. I understand that everyone has their own pricing structure, but I feel that 26000 and 28000 is a huge difference.

  I contacted your company based on the excellent service I previously received from the former owners. One of the services they consistently provided was cleaning the unit, which is the reason for my call. When your technician arrived, no attempt was made to clean the unit at all. Instead, I was presented with a list of issues totaling over $8,700 plus and was strongly pushed toward purchasing a completely new unit. The visit felt less like a service call and more like a sales pitch. Even more concerning, after the unit was taken apart and reassembled, there is now a loud noise coming from the fan that was not present before the visit. I cannot adequately express how disappointing this experience was. The service felt misleading and unprofessional, and I strongly believe the intent was to pressure me into buying a new unit rather than providing the service I requested. This was a drastic and unfortunate departure from the quality of service I previously trusted.
