  System was running fine until they came out to do routine maintenance. Soon after they left the system stopped working and now they want to charge me 160 dollars to fix it when it’s clearly their fault. Takes for ever to get an appointment. The employees they send out seem unqualified. Go with someone else and save yourself money and a headache

  My family member bought a new heat pump from them a couple of years ago and paid extra for maintenance/services. They came and performed scheduled maintenance and two days later it quit working. They tried to charge them $159.00 for coming out and finally someone from the company said ok you don’t have to pay it but now they won’t come out and fix whatever they messed up. I bought a new central air unit 3 years ago and a new natural gas furnace last year. I looked at this company but read similar stories like this and chose a different company. So glad I did.

  Jay has a young man working for him named Noah. This is just amazing, not only was he a day early but gave us a call a half hour before to let us know he was "on the way". He provided a very encompassing service inspection to let us know how our unit was doing, and also sent us pictures of the parts we couldn't easily see. This was not one of those pressure pitches. But Jay's HVAC will definitely get All my HVAC business. They have given me confidence in local professionals!

  Jake and Teddy did a great job with our replacement HVAC install today, keeping us updated and answering all our questions (as did Jake and Austin with a follow-up visit). I'm appreciative of Clayton and Danny's contributions as well. Also need to point out that this whole process started with Kendall who was incredibly comprehensive and thorough with helping get us a quote. We got 7 competitor quotes, and just from interactions with Kendall, and then your install team today, I can tell we made the right choice. Thank you!

  We had a busted pipe in our wellhouse. The guys came out, made big deal of getting us a price, replaced approx 2ft of pvc pipe, 3 elbow connectors, did not check under the house for any noticeable leaks and left us with frozen pipes, after assuring us we would have water, because they had to get to another job. They told us to keep the heater on in the wellhouse and call them if they were still frozen. They would bring heaters, which they said they rented and do not keep in the warehouse. When we called Tues morning, the dispatcher said they don't have heaters and don't use them. Wonder who's lying? They made sure they got their check for $915.62 for a job NOT done. They knew they had us, after all we were without water for 2 days. How sad to take advantage of 2 women let alone anyone else. Shame on you! We had to call someone else and low and behold, he did not leave without making sure we had water. We had another busted pipe UNDER THE HOUSE, where Jay's did not check.
