  Great overall everything he does is for a reason and is very professional 10/10 i usually add something that could be bad about the places but there's nothing bad everythings good highly underrated

  We contacted Shaun to help us with the removal of a wall. He came out to our property to look at it August 3rd. He said he would get back to us with an estimate. We tried to call and text multiple times to follow up, we even told him to let us know if he cannot take on the job right now. He is very unresponsive. It is now September 24th and I am sitting with part of my sheetrock and ceiling removed. Very disappointed!

  We hired Shaun for our basement finishing remodel. He and his crew did an outstanding job and were very professional throughout the project. He worked with us to stay within budget and was very helpful when any changes were made to the original plan. He is affordable and produces quality work. I will be happy to use him for any future projects.

  We used 4 Seasons Construction for a deck tear down / rebuild. We gave him our budget and he gave us multiple options and ideas to stay within budget. With us changing our minds multiple times on what we wanted, he stayed very professional and completed the task. We will use them again in the future for more remodeling projects!

  Hired Shaun to do various projects on house we bought. Painted room wrong color and was upset we wanted it corrected. Built dog ramp to steep(17% incline) with no railing to prevent dogs from falling off. My husband built it the way we needed. He was upset again. Agree to pay 60% up front on each project and 40% upon completion. Suddenly he sends me email bill for 100% of the cost of projects with no explanation. My husband calls him and he tells him WE'RE to demanding and after I've already paid him 13000.00 he suddenly doesn't think we'll pay him!. I refused to pay 100% of project costs so he QUITS!! Stay clear of him!!!
