He is very knowledgeable and always does all his due diligence and makes sure that things are working before he leaves the property. I honestly do not want any other tech working on my unit because I've had some issues where they will miss something and turns into them having to come back but every time Oscar is sent, I am more confident that the issue is resolved in one visit. Thank you Oscar (and Carlos). Please don't ever lose these two young men, they are the best and supper reliable.
