He explained everything in detail and also suggested a few things. There was a bit of confusion with myself and the staff that scheduled the appointment but it was nothing that wasn’t handled quickly and professionally. As a career HVAC technician myself, I highly recommend Herring A/C. The price I paid with all the extra items I requested in addition to the regular service plan was very reasonable.

Herring was well represented by everyone I spoke to or met. My technician, Oscar, was amazing. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He seems to really enjoy his job. He diagnosed my problem in minutes and had my system repaired within an hour. Would definitely recommend both Herring and Oscar to anyone needing service. I won't be calling any other companies moving forward. Thank you for the great service experience.
