- BBBrandon BMay 11, 20251.0Apparently they came via the local government to replace water meters. Evidently they absolutely botched the install and I’ve had dirty, sediment contaminated water coming out of my kitchen for 3 days now. The worst part? This wasn’t a scheduled service- they just showed up and did it in the early morning. If I hadn’t found the flyer they left on my door- I would have assumed I had a major plumbing issue and scheduled a potentially costly repair for no reason. There is zero, *zero*, reason for a company to have both the lack of finesse in their work and the lack of transparency and communication with their community. Don’t try to get a timely call back from customer service either, that won’t happen. EDIT: I called this place to try to figure what they did so I could fix it. They said they'd call back. They *never* called back.
