I asked multiple questions that were ignored or if attempted to answer gave me what I considered a bogus response when sales rep could have easily referred to the engineer if he was unsure of the answer. Sales rep stated a quote would be emailed to me, never received actual written quote. He stated if I don't get the quote to call him. I do not think it is the customer responsibility to follow-up on promised email which I believe was never sent since I had already told him the email was not received when he was aty home. Anyway, that is the reason for my low star rating. If the sale dept. is that poor I have to assume the installtion dept can't be much better. Never got a written quote or any product to review. Only the salesman who did a terrible job. Needless to say I will not be using Patio Enclosures services for anything.
