Evidently they absolutely botched the install and I’ve had dirty, sediment contaminated water coming out of my kitchen for 3 days now. The worst part? This wasn’t a scheduled service- they just showed up and did it in the early morning. If I hadn’t found the flyer they left on my door- I would have assumed I had a major plumbing issue and scheduled a potentially costly repair for no reason. There is zero, *zero*, reason for a company to have both the lack of finesse in their work and the lack of transparency and communication with their community. Don’t try to get a timely call back from customer service either, that won’t happen. EDIT: I called this place to try to figure what they did so I could fix it. They said they'd call back. They *never* called back.
