Ashleigh in the office was very helpful in communicating with others and in keeping me informed about everything. When the installation was complete and had passed inspection Jerremy came for the official startup session which went very well. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, so we thank everyone for all your help. Bob

Generac wasn't able to coordinate their work with the gas company, even though they told me they would coordinate it. I then had to be a go between guy who had no idea what each company was doing or talking about. I then had contractors showing up at random times, over and over. Generac was not able to tell me when contractors would randomly arrive, even though I kept politely asking them to stop this practice. They simply couldn't keep a schedule with me. Coordination of the project was stressful and frustrating and delayed its completion.
