Everything has been flawless: from Nick Bitting helping select the proper unit for our home, getting all the permits, and the crew completing the installation. The process is detailed and multi step - needing coordination between installation, electrical, gas, inspection and start up. The American Power team handled each step seamlessly. The Enbridge gas engineer that installed the new meter asked me who did our gas work for the Generac. He said he had not seen such quality work in a long time. Andrew was our American Power gas engineer - he was outstanding and courteous. Highly recommend American Power if you are considering a Generac home generator!
