  We called in an emergency last spring and connected with Brook Jones. With my wife fighting a terminal disease it was essential that I keep her home and house running on full power. She was professional. Kind. Thorough and a tremendous help to my wife. Thank you goes out to alternative power for quality team members like Brook. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

  I had a power issue that I thought was related to my Generac generator. I called the 24/7 number around 2:45 am. I was shocked when they put me in touch with a technician named Michael so quickly. I am a customer for life after talking to Michael. He spent what I believe was 30 plus minutes helping me to solve the issue over the phone. We discovered that the issue was a Duke Power problem. After we got off the phone, he called me back in a couple minutes after he thought of another idea to get me through the night. This guy really cared about me, never got frustrated, and kept me calm the entire time. Alternative Power is great. What makes them amazing is the fact that they have the awesome employees like Michael working for them!

  Installed my Generac quickly and without issue. I knew when the technician was coming and even received a text with a picture of him, which was super cool. It was easily the best decision I have made for my family. AP made everything easy and are truly masters of their craft. would rate 6 stars if I could

  I am very appreciative of the staff Alternative Power Sales and Rental. Last month I realized that I had missed the 2024 servicing for my Generac home generator. When I called, Brooke was receptive and understanding of my needs. She quickly got me an appointment. I was very pleased with my technician that came out. Jordan was punctual; on the day of my appointment he gave me a courtesy telephone call when he was 30 minutes away from my home. Jordan as well was very knowledgeable. He explained to me before he got started the entire servicing process. When he completed his task, he came to me and explained everything that he had done. As well, he told me that I should get a new battery even though my new one appeared to be in great shape and fully operational. But in quickly researching I found that the life of those batteries are between 2 and 3 years. Mine was about 2 years overdue for a replacement, , so I had him to to install a new one. My entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. I would most definitely recommend this business based on their professionalism and expertise.
