  I had my AC fail on Wednesday, initially my appointment was for upcoming Monday. I received a call back saying they could get me on the schedule the same day with the technician I requested all on Thursday. Jaysen came out and diagnosed the system but was unable to fix it due to places being closed at the end of the day. Today on Friday he returned to make the repairs and my newborn baby, wife and i are extremely thankful to everyone involved to get us squared away for a reasonable price while offering everything to get us up and going.

  Jaysen was professional starting off with communicating the time of his arrival. He was kind to explain what needed to be fixed and made suggestions without us feeling high pressured. We are grateful for his help!

  Had a great experience with this company! DJ Smith was able to come out the same day we called and gave us a thorough quote when asked, I did not feel pressure but overall understood as a potential customer. I went with this company in the end because they gave the best price for the amount of work! I would also have to say that Brad, Tristan, and James were amazing in working on installing the new hvac, they arrived early to get started and made sure to come into my home prepared. Tristan did great with explaining more on how to function the heating and cooling from my phone. They were all really nice and were quick and thorough when installing the new hvac. Great experience in my opinion !

  Tony arrived right on time. He did a thorough inspection of our HVAC unit. He provided a detailed explanation and discussed all of our options. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely be calling One Hour for all of our HVAC maintenance needs. On that note: We made the appointment by phone with Tammy. Tammy was so helpful and sweet. Thanks Tammy & Tony!

  We noticed a moldy smell coming from our ducts when the air conditioning was running. Our system was about 15 years old and the ductwork was nearing 30. DJ Smith came out, punctually, and inspected our system. He provided us with a few different options to remedy our situation and gave us what could be expected with each option. Ultimately, we opted to replace the entire system, ductwork and mechanical. He and his team were back out the very next morning to begin work. James Pullen and another technician worked efficiently together and in 2 and a half days, they had our old system ripped out and replaced with new ductwork and mechanical components. They were on time, every time (which I was secretly hoping to explore the "always on time or you don't pay a dime" guarantee, but they did not fail in their promise). I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their HVAC repaired or replaced.
