- SSseltrainSep 12, 20191.0I have very limited experience and i will never visit there again. I only went there because Sunbelt didnt have what i needed. One of my employees went there to rent a piece of equipment. There was a misunderstanding between my employee and the person renting the equipment about applying insurance to the rental. I called to add the insurance. Talked to a Jason on the phone who transferred me to a person named Mark. VERY rude on the phone. I asked about insurance and he says “I already told your guy you cant get the insurance. You denied it on your account.” I asked if i could change that. “NO!” I said fine will return the equipment. That was 5 minutes after we originally rented it. No offer to help, no explanation of the situation at all. Rude, snarky, short, totally unprofessional. I am not sure how they can stay in business interacting with customers in that way. As a matter of fact i get emails and, solicitation calls from “reps” wanting my business. And this is how you try to get it? Unbelievable. Never again.
