- PMPoppycock McMuffinJan 27, 20263.0Three stars for allowing overnight parking. 07:30 delivery appointment. It's now 10am and they're about halfway done. Day cab/local drivers are in and out in less than 15 minutes, but OTR drivers can expect to wait 2-3 hours. Bring food and your own porta potty situation. Call the number listed on the bills to check in if nobody acknowledges you from the warehouse. Even if you stayed overnight, some OTR trucks will roll in and try to jump ahead unless you make contact ASAP. Plenty of room to maneuver. Docks 18, 19, 20 are for OTR. Docks at the end are for local/day cabs. Convenience (directions, parking, etc) - 9/10 Wait time - 0/10 Communication - 2/10

Accidents happen and the manager at Service Partners (Andrew Welborn) personally showed up and verbally indicated they would take care of it (great response so far). I indicated that I only expected a repair OR partial replacement cost because it was an older unit. However, they decided to take no responsibility after the conversation. In my opinion, this was a situation where they thought they could get away with it, instead of doing the right thing. In the meantime, I refused to pay a portion of invoices I owe them in hopes of a reasonable resolution. Instead they’re applying pressure to a small business and threatening collections. I said I’d pay the balance immediately after resolution. (update) Unfortunately I made the final payment because I don’t have a legal team and I have a personal guarantee on the credit application. I have no respect for the driver, Andrew Welborn (manager), or Seth Smith (salesperson).
