  On the ordering side, Curt was incredibly helpful and worked with us to arrange a last-minute install date. Everyone involved in the whole process was proactive, responsive, and most of all, just plain nice. On the install side, we're extremely happy with how everything turned out. The installers (Ishmael and Angel) were punctual, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. On top of that, they were communicative about how they planned to lay out the carpet and any necessary seams, etc. and did a final walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The carpet itself looks great--they were able to get away with only one seam, and blended it really nicely. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Overall, Outlook did a fantastic job, and we'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of new carpet.

  Installer did an excellent job, got the sheet vinyl installed in a 24 ft long kitchen without any seam in the middle.

  I was so impressed with how quickly everything was completed. Also, the gentlemen that came out to do the work were a pleasure, very kind and super talented. They definitely went the extra mile. My floors look amazing! Mike and Rick and Adam were so helpful. I would and will be using them again... for sure! Thank you Outlook Flooring! 😊
