  I called GB electrical because they were highly rated online. I was having a "wonky" electrical problem in my house. I got to a helpful, friendly person right away [SUPER!], who told me they could send someone out. (I had emphasized that I needed electricity because my husband is in home hospice and needs temperature regulation and his bed uses electricity for several things. I also told him the care is very expensive and needed to know about the costs of repair.) He told me the fee for just coming out and explained that when the electrician discovered the problem, he would give me options about what to do and their costs before doing anything. [SUPER!], Someone was at my house almost immediately. [SUPER!], The problem is, the nice man on the phone left out one very important detail: the "diagnostic fee." [NOT SUPER] The electrician had to look at our electrical panel and within 10 min max, he told us the problem was a problem that the power company had to fix--he charged me $327.00. [REALLY NOT SUPER] I called the nice man back and asked if he could help me out, and he implied that the diagnostic fee was discretionary based on the electrician [HUH?], and he would talk to the right person and get back to me. (Interestingly, the electrician implied that the coupon the phone guy gave me to decrease the house call was discretionary [UH OH]). My feeling about GB is they can't be trusted and that their fees may not be equitable. [WATCH OUT] I would suggest looking for another company with high ratings (there seem to be plenty of them in this area.)

  We truly appreciated having Matt and Radcliffe take care of the issues we were having with our electrical wiring in our house. We’d be super happy to have them assist with any of our issues in the future!

  We have used GB Electrical twice and have had a great experience both times. The technicians that we sent out (Like and Radcliff) were excellent. The work was done quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

  David Rapalo was my technician. He is professional and knowledgeable. Explained my issue very well and provided photos and videos. He is respectful and courteous. Very mannerable and cares for the customer. He did an excellent job!!!!! He knows his craft!!!!!!
